A document that sets out Dartford Borough Council’s long-term spatial strategy for the Borough to 2026 was published September 2011.
Dacorum Borough Council formally adopted the Core Strategy on 25th September 2013. Section 29 of the Core Strategy (Monitoring) includes a commitment to conduct a partial review of the Core Strategy. This will follow completion of the Site Allocations DPD.
The partial review includes looking at:
• Household projections;
• The role and function of the Green Belt; and
• The role that effective cooperation with local planning authorities could play in meeting any housing needs arising from Dacorum.
Dover Council’s Local Plan consists of a set of documents that guide planning and development in Dover District over a 20-year period.
• The Core Strategy was adopted on 24 February 2010.
• The Land Allocations Local Plan (the Plan), was formerly called the Site Allocations Document, and follows on from the Core Strategy – was adopted by the Council on 28th January 2015
